Toxvas is a local-first application. We believe your data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains how the Toxvas website (toxvas.space) and the Toxvas macOS application handle information.

Toxvas Website

When you visit toxvas.space, we may collect:

• Analytics: We use Vemetric for privacy-focused analytics. This may collect anonymized usage data.
• Purchase information: If you purchase through our checkout provider (Polar), your payment and order information is handled by Polar in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details.

Toxvas macOS Application

Toxvas is designed to be completely offline and local-first:

• All data stays local: Every card is a Markdown file in a folder you choose on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
• No telemetry: The app does not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry.
• No accounts: The app requires no account, no login, and no API keys.
• Licensing: License validation may check with our license server, but no personal content or files are transmitted.
