Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Toxvas ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

License

Toxvas is licensed as a one-time purchase for personal or commercial use. When you purchase a license:

• You may use the Software on up to 2 Macs that you own or control.
• The license is perpetual for Toxvas 1.x versions.
• No subscription or recurring fees are required.

Trial

Toxvas includes a free 7-day trial with no payment required. You may evaluate the Software during the trial period.

Your Data

All of your data remains on your own Mac. Toxvas stores all cards, boards, and attachments as plain Markdown files in a folder you choose. We have no access to your files or content.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact [email protected] and we will work to resolve them.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
